This website is run by Betty Bird Pty Ltd (ABN 68 621 566 158), trading as Revs Consulting, based in Perth, Western Australia. In this policy, "we", "us" and "our" means Revs Consulting. This policy covers this website, our application and booking pages, and Revy, our AI chat assistant. We handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).
You can browse this website without telling us who you are. If you don't give us the details we ask for on a form, we may not be able to book a call with you or work with you.
We only send marketing emails or SMS where you've agreed to receive them or where the law otherwise allows it. Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link, and you can reply STOP to SMS. You can also just ask us to stop. If you use Revy, you only get marketing emails if you tick the box to receive them. It's unticked by default, and we keep a record of when you agreed.
We use tools such as the Meta Pixel and similar tracking from the platforms we advertise on to see which ads and pages work, and to show our ads to people who have already visited. We may also add tags to links (such as "UTM" tags) so we know which page or button someone clicked. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and you can manage how Meta uses your activity for ads in your Facebook or Instagram ad preferences.
Revy is an AI chat assistant. Your messages are sent to our AI provider, Anthropic, to write replies, and Revy runs on Google Cloud. Both are based in the United States. Your chat is saved to your record in our CRM so you can pick it up later. If you sign in on a new device, we email you a one-time code before your past chat opens. You can delete your chat and everything Revy saved using "wipe my data" in the chat. Please don't share passwords or financial account details with Revy.
Calls are held on Zoom. We only record a call if you ask us to.
We don't sell your personal information. We share it only with businesses that help us run things, and only as much as they need. These include:
Some of these providers store or process information outside Australia, mainly in the United States and other countries where their servers are located. We use well-established providers and take reasonable steps to make sure they protect your information.
We don't use computer programs to make decisions about you that significantly affect your rights or interests. Ad platforms use automated systems to decide who sees ads. Based on what you share, Revy may suggest you apply to work with us, but a person at our end reviews every application and booking.
Your information is stored in secure, access-controlled systems with access limited to people who need it. We keep it only as long as we need it for the reasons above or as the law requires (for example, tax records), and then delete it or make it anonymous. If a data breach is likely to cause you serious harm, we'll tell you and, where required, the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC).
You can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, have it corrected, or ask us to delete it. Contact us using the details below. We'll respond within 30 days. If we can't do what you've asked (for example, because we have to keep certain records by law), we'll tell you why.
By using this website, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
Everything on this site, including posts in "What's working now" and answers from Revy, is general information about advertising and marketing. It isn't financial, legal or tax advice, and it doesn't take your particular situation into account. Use your own judgement before acting on it.
Any results we mention, such as ad spend, conversions or lead numbers, come from real businesses we have run or worked with. They aren't typical or guaranteed. Ad performance depends on things like your offer, market, budget, follow-up and the platforms themselves, much of which is outside our control.
Booking a call doesn't create a client relationship. If we work together, our services are covered by a separate proposal or agreement, and that agreement wins if anything in it conflicts with these terms.
The words, videos, designs and other material on this site belong to us or to the people who licensed them to us. You're welcome to share links to our pages. Please don't copy or republish our content without written permission.
This site links to, and embeds content from, other websites such as YouTube and our booking page. We're not responsible for their content or how they handle your information, so check their own privacy policies.
Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law that can't be excluded. Otherwise, to the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for any loss that comes from using this website, Revy, or relying on their content.
These terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia, and the courts of Western Australia have jurisdiction.
We may update this page from time to time. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
For a privacy question or request, or a complaint about how we've handled your information, email [email protected]. We'll respond within 30 days.
If you're not happy with our response, you can complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au or on 1300 363 992.
